In the courtyard of Allveelaeva 4 commercial and apartment buildings, we carried out waterproofing and thermal insulation application of the roof ceiling of the underground parking lot. The waterproofing layer of the roof ceiling of the underground parking lot is a self-adhesive membrane Köster KSK SY 15. A water-conducting layer with a Delta Geo-Drain-Quattro drainage mat has been created on top of the waterproofing. Next, we installed XPS insulation XPS Finnfoam FL-300 100 mm. A Delta Terraxx drainage mat separating the surface was installed on top of the insulation, which has a load capacity of 400 kPa. To drain the rainwater, we used 3-level heated traps from the manufacturer HL Hutterer & Lechner.
